As a qualified and accredited fitness trainer and yoga teacher my purpose is to help you reach your health goals. At MyFit Body and Soul, we recognize that "healthy" looks and feels differently on everyone, and our goal is to help you on your unique journey to a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle isn't just about a healthy body, but the journey also involves a healthy mind and a healthy spirit. A healthy body and soul allows you to find balance in your work and personal life while allowing for a bit of self-care. For only $29 per month (or save 50% with an annual subscription), we hope that you will indulge yourself in all of the wellness we have to offer through our live virtual exercise, yoga, and meditation classes, through our video collections (fitness, nutrition tips, yoga, and meditation). One-on-one personalized plans can be purchased within the site. There is wellness for the entire family, including tutoring and writing workshops for students, and teen wellness workshops (workshops and tutoring are an additional cost).

My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in your overall wellness in no time.
I am both a certified fitness trainer and a certified yoga instructor with a host of specializations in health and wellness.

Healthy Lifestyle Overview
MyFit specializes in 30 min fitness. The HIIT style exercises are designed to boost metabolism and burn calories for hours after your workout. Whether it’s losing weight or trimming and toning, my program will improve your health and have you feeling great. No equipment necessary, but you may use it if you have it!
A healthy diet will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises and a healthy diet will have you in tip-top shape.
Balance, Strength, Flexibility, Mental Clarity...
These are just some of the benefits of practicing yoga. One of the most obvious things about having a body is that it tends to stiffen and tighten the older we get, making us more prone to injury. We may notice more aches and subtle pains and even feel less energetic. Movement and breath together brings balance, strength, flexibility and mental clarity. Yoga helps to preserve and to heal the body and the mind.
Meditation triggers a relaxation cycle in the body-oxygen in, tension out--that not only feels great but also changes the way you react to stress. When you meditate regularly, you'll find that small irritations and big challenges don't hit you as hard as they used to; you may be a able to find the clarity you need to make everyday decisions relating to work and to your personal life. There are different types of practices--some loose and others structured. Take any opportunity to try them and find out what works for you. Once you get into it and begin to practice regularly, meditation is like a tool you have in your back pocket. You can use it anytime, anywhere, to rest, relax, and restart.

A healthy diet increases energy, has the ability to heal and leaves you feeling better in your body than you ever thought was possible. My goal as a nutrition coach is to help clients develop and progress towards their personal wellness goals by empowering them to take responsibility for their own health. Formed habits, personal beliefs and lifestyle challenges come in many different forms and are most effectively addressed based on individual goals. I recognize that being healthy involves more than just a proper diet. As such, I also focus on non-dietary aspects of a person’s life, in order to improve clients’ overall, holistic wellbeing.
